New Mix
Figured you fellas would wanna check this out. This is a mix I made a little while back, and I honestly think this is one of the better ones that I have done. It has a nocturnal, overcast type feel to it to the selection, and I think the tracks flow well together. Some are new, some old; some are popular and others aren't. Give it a listen around bedtime for full effect. I'm getting better at the whole DJ part, and all in all I'm pretty proud of it. Mike Y. is the Peyton Manning of mixes. So damn good in the regular season but when the big game comes, bleauit. Case in point: Mike Y. makes a redonkulous mix for a nice young lady on her birthday putting up like 5 touchdowns and 375 yards passing. He can win a first divisional game no problem like when he took me down a few years back. He took a tough lost to the Patriots (in my opinion anyways) when he went up against myself and Jeff White. White's masterful use of "Dry the Rain" reeked of Belichek. In his most dramatic defeat, Y. failed to bring the pain against the Pats again this time getting badly beaten in a 7 way cross-generational mix-off. Although no winner was ever declared, it was apparent by Y.'s own admission that he put up a real doozy of an effort...184 yards, 2 int. and 1 touchdown (that Earlies song was dope). I believe the excuse was "I didn't like the theme." So Y., now that Peyton has finally taken out the Pats, it's your turn friend. I am calling you out. New mixoff....you pick the theme. The players will be determined at a later date but you can count on me, Whi and Greg. I think Trent should bring it this time as well. Ready when you are.

Which Mike Y.? The "I'm trying to improve my chances of getting laid with this mix Mike Y" or The "My mix making ability is far superior to the deadbeats in this competition thus I will refrain from putting forth a solid effort Mike Y"? In fairness, everyone puts forth their best effort when trying to get laid with a mix. Dina mix anyone?
